No serious traffic violations in the last five years;driving while intoxicated or under influence,failure to report an accident,any major violation within the
past 24 months.
No current license suspension/revocation. Work permit not acceptable
Ne more than 1 preventable accidents involving bodily injury or damage to property
No more than 2 accidents within the past 36 months
1 year verifiable otr experience in the operation of tractor/trailerequipment. Construction vehicles not accepted
At least 23 years old
No more than 4-5 jobs in the past 3 years
Will review over 10 yr old felonies-no major crimes, i.e any sex charges, murder, manslaughter or major drug charges.
Valid CDL
