Hiring Requirements:
- 23 yrs old
- Must be able to read and speak English
- Must be able to obtain and provide a current long form physical,
prior to orientation. - 2 yrs of Flatbed exp. in the last 5 yrs
- Prefer more than 3 yrs total OTR exp.
- No major violations in last 3 yrs. ie Speed 15 or over, Dui, Hit
and Run, reckless/careless, improper lane change, following to
close, failure to report and accident. - No more than 3 moving violations in 3 yrs, case by case basis.
Look for patterns. - No more than 2 minor accidents/incidents in 3 yrs, case by case
basis. - No felonies in 10 yrs, will consider over 10 if not drugs, sex,
assault or theft. - Misdemeanors-case by case, depends on what and when
- Suspensions-case by case, none in five years for points or too
many tickets. - Must have Hazmat and TWIC card or be willing to obtain within
60 days at own expense. - No more than six jobs in 3 yrs, prefer no more than 4. Will review
on case by case basis. - Must be willing and able to chain in winter months.
- Must be willing and able to tarp and secure loads.

hence the strange hiring areas.
The South Carolina hiring area will be around Charleston SC, new terminal
will be open in 1-12. Very good company with very, very low turnover,
looking to add 20-30 trucks in the next few month. Most freight is on
flatbeds or drop decks, parts and metal for planes, but they could pull any
type of trailer.
Very small % of loads are hazmat, but drivers must be willing to get.
