on Wed. Reimbursed for fuel to class.
Orientation Information We have our orientation up in MN where we are
based out of. We like to get the guys in Tues afternoon so we can do
paperwork and there drug screen. Wed is a full day of orientation and then
we send them to get a MN truck DOT (unless they have one from MN).
Thurs morning they go right away and get there truck decaled and then
come back in and sign there contracts. We then dispatch them and they are
on there way. We do pay a % of there fuel to get up here and a hotel room
if they want one.
DUI/Criminal Do not run criminal reports to hire, ran every year on annual
review. Will discharge a driver if any sex crimes or violent crimes such as
murder are found.
