DRIVER PAY

• Paid by PC Miler PRACTICAL MILES
• Longevity bonus: $.01 per mile increase, per year, up to $.40/mile
• Additional $.05 per loaded mile on pad wrap & rolling stock loads
• Mileage bonuses paid on calendar quarter; $.02 per mile over 30,000
miles in a quarter;
$.03 per mile over 36,000 miles in a quarter
• $30 for extra stops & drops (excluding first & last)
• $50 Boroughs pay in New York City

Home Time
If drivers live in the MW they can usually get home every
7-10 days and then have 2 days off at the house. If the
drivers live out East then they will be out 10-14 days with
2 days off at the house.

Quarterly bonus of .02 cpm for all miles over 30000 miles and
.03 cpm for all miles over 36000 miles.

Retention bonus program (Rosemount division) .01 cpm per
dispatched mile from 6/1/10 to 7/15/11 paid in one lump sum
no later than 7/15/11.

Equipment Requirements    All Types as long as they pass DOT

Types of Runs         85% of freight is in the NE. Draw a line from Mpls down to St. Louis then straight East. (85% of freight runs in the corner)

Pay Rate per Mile

90 cpm plus fuel surcharge in the NE Area.   84 CPM plus fuel surcharge everywhere else.
Empty Miles Paid?         All Dispatched miles are paid

Average Miles per wk.  2,800 - Driver that want to run will see 3100-3300 miles/week

When are settlements paid?         Weekly
Cash Advances  Advances - $200 per week is available for business expenses and drivers can get more if needed.
